Wyndy Streiff, Secretary of the Board of Directors and Director of Communications of Canine Commandos Inc. 

Wyndy is a teacher that wears many hats. Not only does she teach gifted for her school but she is also the Title 1 Math Resource Teacher reaching the entire spectrum of student learning and styles. She is very involved with several committees because of her belief in teamwork and collaboration. Wyndy’s involvement keeps her in tune with the school’s programs producing a remarkable leader for the Canine Commandos.

Her comprehensive organizational skills will keep the Commandos moving towards the path of growth. She has been with the Commandos for seven years since the program’s first grant that enabled schools to participate and has been a backbone for the organization helping with fundraising and events.

Her love of animals shows not only with her students but with her own dogs too which is evident in her entire family as her sister, Salina, is one of the certified trainers that maintains the safety and integrity of the program. The Canine Commandos runs smoothly because of her leadership capabilities and compassion for both animals and kids.
